Marina Zelenovic has a Bachelor of Science in psychology and is a Certified & Registered Nutritional Practitioner and graduate of the Institute of Holistic Nutrition. She received her Live Cell Microscopy Certification with NuLife Sciences, and is now one of their trainers. She is also the author of two books, Eat Yourself Healthy Volume I: The Facts & Eat Yourself Healthy: Volume II: The Foods.

What happens at a nutritional consultation?

  • An assessment questionnaire is filled out before coming in, which covers current symptoms, past health history, family health history, lifestyle and dietary habits. This questionnaire is integral in helping to identify deficiencies, tissue imbalances and lifestyle inadequacies.
  • A consultation follows which further explores potential causal factors that are leading to symptoms. This appointment lasts about one hour and fifteen minutes. It gives you a chance to fully explain your symptoms as well as any other information you believe may be relevant (everything covered within these appointments is CONFIDENTIAL).
  • At the consultation, some recommendations will be made to get you back on the road to good health. At this time, in order to better determine interior bodily terrain, you will be asked to do some ‘homework’ by keeping track of eating habits, temperature and urine and saliva pH by filling n the requisite charts. These charts should be faxed back BEFORE your follow up appointment. Additional literature will also be given, to both explain procedures, as well as provide you with the information necessary to make lasting lifestyle and dietary changes.
  • Two weeks later, at a follow-up appointment a more intense nutritional, dietary and lifestyle protocol is given that is designed to meet individual needs and address personal imbalances.
